BLUE BOTTLE COFFEE

Last weekend I headed up to San Francisco to see my valentine, to celebrate a friend's birthday, and to, of course, take in a few cups of SF's Blue Bottle Coffee. Blue Bottle is a coffee lover's dream... I won't pretend to understand the science (or the siphons) behind its rich deliciousness—all I know is that they make some serious coffee.
