I have a bit of a thing for foreign magazines and tend to pick up quite a few when I travel... My favorite new discovery is the Danish interior design magazine RUM. Luckily they also happen to have a fantastic website.

NORWAY

I recently returned from a trip to Norway & Scandinavia with my family and found it so refreshing to be unplugged while I was away that I decided to keep it going a little longer. Now that I'm back and finally wading through my photos, I thought I'd share a few favorites. These pictures are of the Norwegian fjords Nærøyfjord (Narrow Fjord, which took me far to long to figure out how to pronounce) and Geirangerfjord, where we kayaked with jumping fish and Norwegian dolphins and I found a dreamy coffee/home shop. I absolutely adored Norway and loved the fjords—the calm green water and brightly colored villages around each bend. I hope to share more about my trip soon... and get back to some regular posts...
